The problem

Sound familiar?

Hundreds of CVs.
No time to read them.
Good people slip away.

What Sienna does

Six jobs. Done every day.

Reads every application against your role's criteria

Builds a shortlist and explains why each person fits

Links every claim back to the CV

Flags duplicates and CVs she can't read — never judges them

Spots unfair job ad wording and suggests a fix

Drafts candidate messages and schedules interviews

A morning with Sienna

While you were asleep.

Overnight Sienna read 48 applications for a Customer Support Lead. Five meet all criteria. She also noticed a job ad asking for “male only” with an age limit and suggests a fairer version. Three hours saved before breakfast.
