Good morning,
Sana.

While you were away I looked after 64 people: I answered their questions, kept their records tidy, and got each request ready. Four moments are waiting for your decision.

The first moment

Ayesha would like two quiet days.

I've checked everything I can. The decision is yours, because people decisions should stay with people.

Leave request · awaiting you

Annual leave on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 November.

Ayesha, Store Supervisor at Gulberg, asked yesterday evening with plenty of notice. Her team is covered, nobody else in Retail Ops is away, and she still has a healthy balance. I'd gently suggest saying yes.

Prepared by Amara · based on Leave Policy v3.2, §4.1

If you grant it, 2 days come off her balance and I'll send her a warm confirmation.

Granted

Done, with care.

Ayesha's leave is noted and her balance is now 7 days. Her confirmation is ready to go: "Enjoy the break, Ayesha. We've got things covered."

Demo only. No real record or message was changed.

New joiners

Three people, still taking root.

Each stem grows a leaf as another onboarding step is done. I chase the missing steps, and you approve what goes out.

Ask Amara

Ask me anything your policies can answer.

I answer only from your approved, current policies, and I always show you where the answer came from. If I'm not sure, I'll pass the question to a person instead of guessing.

Documents

A few things need gentle care.

Expiring and missing paperwork. I'll write each reminder in a kind tone and send it only when you say so.

How I work
i.
I prepare, you decide.

Leave, attendance, letters and access always wait for a person. I never make an employment decision on my own.

ii.
Every answer has a source.

I cite the exact policy and version. When two policies disagree, I tell you instead of picking one.

iii.
Private things stay private.

Grievances go only to your designated officer, and every access is logged. I share no data until I'm sure who is asking.
